helpful guidedelicious pizzalively staff
the front desk provided a helpful guide. the pizza tasted delicious and the cheesecake was a great surprise. the staff remained nice and lively even after 11pm at night.
the $20 parking felt excessive, considering it wasn't charged during a previous visit.

the free shuttle service to the heart of the city was very convenient it ran frequently and made getting around easy the staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception staff who offered great tips i really appreciated the spacious room it had a massive comfortable bed a microwave and a safe just outside the room there was a handy ice machine on each level
the water in the showers was lukewarm it wasn't a major issue but slightly less hot than i prefer

the shuttle service to broadway was so useful. it saved on transportation costs. the breakfast included a waffle maker and several hot items. i appreciated the rooms being remodeled, we were on the newly renovated sixth floor.
the water pressure in the bathroom sink was not great. the shower could have been stronger.
